B/I Customer Options
This option is used to pass the customer number to and from the calling form and the customer maintenance form.
Enter the information on this screen as follows:
If you wish to pass the customer number from the calling form (i.e. Temporary Sales Maintenance, etc.) to the customer maintenance form, check the Customer Maintenance box. After selecting OK the computer will display the customer maintenance form with the customer number filled in. If the customer number was left blank or the customer number does not exist, the customer maintenance form will be setup to add a new customer; otherwise the customer maintenance form will be setup to edit an existing customer.
If you wish to pass the customer number from the customer maintenance form to the calling form (i.e. Temporary Sales Maintenance, etc.), check the Copy Customer # BBB001 To Bill (or Ship) To # box. After selecting OK the computer will default the Last Customer # edited from the customer maintenance form into the calling form’s Bill To # or Ship To # field.
If you wish to continue, click the OK button. If you do NOT wish to continue, click the Cancel button.
