B/I Credit Card Information
This option is used to enter credit card information for a payment method.
Enter the information on this screen as follows:
If you have a credit card swiper that is attached to your computer you can swipe the credit card and the computer will automatically fill in the Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, and Name On The Credit Card.
Enter the Credit Card Number of the payment.
Enter the Expiration Date of the credit card.
Enter the Name On The Credit Card (optional).
If your bank is setup to automatically authorize credit card transactions through our software, you should click the Verify Credit Card button. If the authorization was successful the computer will fill in the Reference Number and Authorization Number automatically, SAVE the information and close this form. If the authorization was unsuccessful, the computer will display a message and appropriate action should be taken.
If your bank is NOT setup to automatically authorize credit card transactions through our software, you should enter the Reference Number and Authorization Number for this transaction.
Review the data you have entered (or changed) on the screen. If you wish to SAVE the information, click the OK button. If you do NOT wish to save the information, click the Cancel button.
