B/P Weekly Bills Due
Whenever you make changes to INCOME or EXPENSES records, the information should be posted to maintain system integrity. This option is used to perform that integrity posting.
After selecting this option from the B/P Processing Menu, the B/P Weekly Bills Due screen will be displayed as follows:
After you pay your bills, the Ending Balance is what should remain in your accounts to be able to pay your bills next week, and each following week throughout the year. As long as you have at least that amount, you are on track to a healthy (all-bills-paid) year. Any amount over that amount is your extra (savings) money and can be put aside (into an interest-bearing account).
There are buttons at the top of the screen (not seen here) to move from week to week.
