P/R Reports Menu
The P/R Reports Menu includes options for printing a summary of the G/L entries that will be posted to the General Ledger and a summary of the hours entered to date. Other reports on this menu are an Employee Earnings Report recapping MTD, QTD and YTD earnings and withholdings, State and Federal Unemployment reports, 941 Report, Workmen's Comp and Public Liability Earnings reports, and Distribution Earnings reports.
The reports may be printed as often as you wish throughout the month and hardcopies should be printed at the end of the month before zeroing. Vendor 1099 forms should be printed at the end of the Calendar year.
