P/R Zeroing Menu
The P/R Zeroing Menu includes options for posting P/R General Ledger entries to the G/L TEMPORARY file (in the General Ledger module) and zeroing the Payroll G/L SUMMARY file at the end of each month. Options are also included for zeroing payroll information at the end of each month and year.
From the Program Menu, select Zeroing to display the menu as follows:
