W/C System Overview

The Water Control module incorporates maintenance of master files, entry of meter readings, generating of billing, and printing bills/invoices for your customers. The Water Control module integrates information to the Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger modules.

The Water Control module has the following features:

1) handles importing and manual entry of meter readings

2) able to generate estimated readings based upon average usage

3) handles flat-rate billing as well as metered usage

4) automated posting to our Accounts Receivable module

5) automated posting to our Payroll module

6) construction of your own reports from data in the W/C files through the use of our Report Generator module *

7) integration of W/C data to a word processor or spreadsheet through the use of our Report Generator module *

8) ability to batch-process multiple W/C options through the use of our AutoPilot module (very useful for Month-End procedures) *
