This option is used to calculate special totals that are setup in columns.
Enter the information on this screen as follows:
Enter the Total Type that you wish to accumulate. You can display the available options by clicking this field with your mouse or scrolling through the list by using the up/down arrow keys.
Enter the Decimals that you want to display to the right of the decimal point.
Enter the Starting Position (in the description field) and Length Of Total that you wish to accumulate.
Review the data you have entered on this screen. If you are ready to calculate the totals click the OK button. If you do NOT wish to calculate the totals click the Cancel button.
