A/D Flow Of Events

Ad Design processing can be divided into three main activities:

1) maintaining master file information (for the printing supplier only)

2) designing and modifying a flyer (and saving your changes)

3) printing a lower-quality proof of your design and E-Mailing your design to your printing supplier for the production of high-quality flyers

Step 1 is through options on the A/D Master File Maintenance Menu.

Steps 2 and 3 are through the Ad Design Maintenance option on the A/D Processing Menu.

Note that as you are using an option for the first time, you should read the entire Option Description for detailed instructions on using that option.

Please be advised that you should backup your data files on a regular basis. (See the procedures provided with your backup device).
