G/L Detail Zeroing
This option is used to remove records from the G/L CURRENT JOURNAL ENTRIES file based upon a date range. This option should be selected at the end of the fiscal year, after all the current year's G/L processing has been completed and all reports have been printed and verified. If you are tracking prior year data, do NOT run this option until you have completed the G/L YTD Zeroing option on the G/L Zeroing Menu.
After selecting this option from the G/L Zeroing Menu, the computer will display the G/L Current Journal Zeroing screen as follows:
Enter a Beginning Date and Ending Date that you wish to zero.
