System Overview
The complete system consists of hardware, software, education, support, and service. This has been designed to operate with a full function Personal Computer (see the Recommended Hardware list). This system has the ability to be enhanced to grow with your company, and its advanced design ensures the ultimate in speed, convenience, and flexibility. Your software is composed of the menu-driven modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing and Inventory, Check Reconciliation, General Ledger, Payroll, and Purchase Orders. Other modules available include: Report Generator, AutoPilot, and Custom Modules written for your company or industry. A menu is simply a list of options that lead to programs, which put your computer to work for you. The computer displays prompts as operators work through options; and simple messages indicate problems and how to correct them. To educate you in the use of the system, a training session can be provided at our location in Bradley, Illinois, covering all aspects of the package. In addition, Team Software offers training, installation, and on-site support services at your location. To further assist you in your use of the package, Team software offers phone support on an as-needed basis.
In addition to functioning on personal computers, Team Software can also function as part of a microcomputer networking environment. Networking a group of PCs as workstations with one or more common file servers gives you the ability to have more than one user working with the system at the same time. Using the system in this environment gives you much more on-line time, and enables you to have more of your staff involved in the entry and retrieval of information, further streamlining your administrative functions, and making your whole operation even more efficient.
