W/C Customer Maintenance

 

The computer will display the W/C Customer Maintenance screen as follows:

Enter the remaining information on this screen as follows:

If there is a meter installed for this customer,  enter the Meter # ( number), or Peform A Search to find a Meter record. Upon entering a valid number, the computer will display the comment information stored for this meter.  The address, city, state, and zip code for this meter will be entered automatically for this customer.  The Meter File Rate Code will be displayed for you.

Enter the Rate Code, or Peform A Search to find a Rate Code record. Upon entering a valid code, the computer will display the description stored for the record.

If there is a customer to whom billing will revert when this customer moves out, enter the Revert Cust (customer number), or Peform A Search to find a Customer record. Upon entering a valid code, the computer will display the customer information stored for the record.

If there is a secondary (additional) customer to whom shutoff notifications should be sent, enter the Addtl Shut Off Cust (customer number), or Peform A Search to find a Customer record. Upon entering a valid code, the computer will display the customer information stored for the record.

If the customer is to receive a shutoff letter, enter the ShutOff Code, or Peform A Search to find a ShutOff Code record. Upon entering a valid code, the computer will display the description stored for the record.

Continue with the A/R Customer Maintenance Screens.

 

Review the data you have entered (or changed) on the screens. If you wish to SAVE the information, click on the Save button on the Toolbar, pick the Save option from the File Menu, or press [Ctrl][S]. If you do NOT wish to save the information, click on the Cancel button on the toolbar, pick the Cancel option from the File Menu, or press [Ctrl][L].
